Upon order confirmation and payment verification, your order will be acknowledged by the customer service team and will be processed within the next working day after payment is received.

An invoice and tracking number will be emailed to your registered email. The option to receive additional notifications through WhatsApp messaging is also available.

We deliver to Malaysia, Singapore and other locations worldwide. Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout. Please expect a delivery lead time of 5 working days as stated in our website. Depending on the delivery destination, the actual arrival day and estimates may vary.

The delivery lead time cannot be guaranteed as these estimates are influenced by our logistic partner, weather conditions i.e. floods, storms etc. as well as public holidays and festive seasons. Be assured you will be able to track your parcel at every stage of delivery.

Despite our best efforts to ensure the product arrives safely at your doorstep, please note that we will not be able to take any responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect delivery address entered during the purchase. Additional shipping fees are chargeable for the corrected or new shipping address provided.

Self-collection can be arranged prior to checkout by checking the “self-collection” option.

Shipping is free for every purchase above MYR100.00 for delivery within Malaysia, otherwise, delivery charges will be calculated during checkout based on the confirmed delivery address.

Please note we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

We want you to buy with confidence. You are entitled to a full refund if you aren’t satisfied with the product for reasons including but not limited to receiving a wrong, damaged or defective product. If you wish to return the product to us just contact us within 7 working days from the date the product was received. Upon contact, our customer care personnel will guide you through the process to ensure eligible customers receive your refund in a timely manner.

Refunds are only eligible for a product that is unused and still in its original packaging with its original invoice. Please ensure the product is shipped back to us in the original condition you received it in.

You will be refunded in full as per the original invoice in your choice of either cash or account credit. For purchases not in Malaysian Ringgit, refund amounts will be based solely on the daily currency exchange rates on the day the refund transaction is executed. We will not be able to refund losses due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note customers are only entitled to a refund when these steps are followed and that you are required to bear the cost of returns shipping.

We reserve the right to deny requests for refunds if any of these conditions are not fulfilled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Because we believe that you should only pay for the product and not for excess costs associated with marketing or advertising, word-of-mouth matters to us. So if our products have made a positive impact in your life, we want you to tell others so they too can benefit. In return for sharing, you get rewarded.

For each referral, you will earn MYR10 rewards credit on the first successful order they place. The rewards credit will be available for use after 30 days following an eligible transaction. This time period is necessary to address cancelled orders, returned products or other related issues.

To share your rewards link or code, simply click the “share” button or copy and paste to any communication platform you prefer. When your friends or family shop and use your rewards link or code at checkout, the reward will be credited into your account.

Our rewards programme is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be notified by email prior to any changes taking effect.

We reserve the right to pause, block, modify or adjust any amount of rewards credits you may have earned if we detect or suspect any fraudulent activity, manipulation or abuse.
